There is plenty of French character and rich historic charm to be showcased on this tour from over nine centuries of history and many kilometres of landscapes. Amiens, our base, features the largest cathedral in France, which overlooks the medieval Quartier St-Leu and Les Hortillonnages floating gardens. Half board accommodation is provided at the Hotel Mercure Amiens Cathedrale, a few moments’ walk to the city's attractions. The hotel has a lift. Crossing via DFDS, Dover–Calais.
