Weymouth is a traditional resort set in a magnificent bay.  The harbour is bustling with colourful craft and the level promenade is ideal for a pleasant stroll, or even a much longer walk.  The RSPB have 2 reserves nearby and there is an excellent shopping centre a few minutes walk away with a splendid mixture of independent shops and good quality chain stores.  Half board accommodation is provided along with a warm welcome at Hotel Rex, an 18th century building overlooking Alexandra Gardens and originally the Summer home of the Duke of Clarence. The hotel has a lift, but there are six steps at the entrance. All rooms are en-suite with TV/tea facilities.
