LUGGAGE

Health & Safety Executive requirements permit a maximum of 33lb (15kg) for  any cases which is handled by staff.

CANCELLATIONS

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING   
Cancellation must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  As cancellation incurs administration costs, and the loss of accommodation and third party travel deposits, therefore we will retain your deposit and, in addition, apply cancellation charges as below:
